About the Role
Business Development Manager will be crucial in expanding Gamlaa's market presence, driving revenue growth, and building long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for generating sales within the assigned region.
• Manage the entire sales process from reviewing the initial RFP to award of project.
• Strong follow-ups and negotiation skills in closing prospects and bids.
• Track proposals/bids through CRM and ensure maximum sales conversions.
• Deliver high-quality presentations, proposals, bids and BOQs.
• Conduct site visits and client requirement gathering.
• Build business through networks of Architects, Interior Designers, PMCs and Contractors.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
Key Qualifications
• MBA (or equivalent) in Sales, Marketing, Finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in Sales / Business Development.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate, Facility Services, or Building Material industries.
• Strong network of Architects, PMCs and General Contractors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
