Role Overview
We are looking for a Functional Consultant with deep domain knowledge in risk management and financial services, specifically within OFSAA’s EPM/ERM modules. The consultant will work closely with PNB Bank’s stakeholders to bridge business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring effective use of OFSAA for regulatory and performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams for OFSAA ERM/EPM modules.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for modules including FTP, PFT, IFRS, and LRM.
- Support functional design, configuration, and validation of OFSAA solutions.
- Assist in UAT, regression testing, and production rollout activities.
- Provide functional expertise in financial risk, profitability, and regulatory reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
- 6–8 years of functional consulting experience in OFSAA ERM/EPM modules.
- Strong understanding of banking risk management, profitability frameworks, and IFRS compliance.
- Experience in FTP, PFT, IFRS, and LRM functional processes (Basel not required).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
- Prior exposure to managed services engagements in banking preferred.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
