The Front Office and Administration Executive has the overall responsibility of the functioning of the Front Office and providing Administrative Support. The Front Office and Executive Administration reports to the Admin /Head of Finance.
Below is a brief of the main task & responsibilities for this role.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage front office and reception operations efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, visitors, couriers, and office communication
- Maintain visitor security protocols and reception records
- Coordinate office administration, consumables, and vendor management
- Ensure upkeep of office infrastructure and equipment
- Support inter-departmental administrative coordination
- Assist seafarers and visitors professionally and courteously
- Provide backup support to the Administration team as required
What We Are Looking For
- Graduate from a recognized university
- 0–2 years of experience in Front Office / Reception Operations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional, customer-focused, and organized personality
- Ability to multitask with adaptability and teamwork mindset
