The Key Account Manager drives profitable sales growth across existing and new maritime customers. Responsibilities include managing key accounts, building sales pipelines, leading tenders, developing sales activity plans, maintaining CRM data, negotiating contracts, strengthening customer relationships, coordinating with technical sales and support teams, and ensuring compliance with credit, legal, and sales governance policies.

Leads operational procurement for a global maritime fleet, supervising Procurement Officers and ensuring transactions meet service-level, governance, and operational requirements. Coordinates with vessel managers, technical teams, suppliers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery. Supports sourcing, negotiations, supplier management, cost optimization, KPI monitoring, resource planning, compliance, and process improvement while assisting the Procurement Manager.

Leads regional procurement operations, overseeing teams, procurement execution, service performance, backlog management, stakeholder relationships, compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement. The role serves as the regional head of procurement operations, ensuring efficient delivery from requisition through invoice resolution while developing leadership capability and implementing automation, standardization, and Project Streamline.

Lead the technical direction, architecture, development, governance, integrations, releases, and operations of Wilhelmsen’s IFS Cloud ERP platform. Responsibilities include overseeing customizations, Aurena pages, reports, enterprise integrations, deployment pipelines, environments, access governance, platform reliability, technical standards, and vendor delivery. The role partners with business stakeholders and architects to translate requirements into secure, scalable, upgrade-safe solutions while mentoring technical teams and supporting the ERP roadmap.

Develop and customize IFS Cloud solutions using Aurena, IFS Developer Studio, and PL/SQL. Build integrations and REST APIs, troubleshoot application issues, support deployments/upgrades, manage user roles, and collaborate with stakeholders and IT teams to deliver technical solutions and continuous improvements.

Provide technical support and administration for IFS Cloud on Azure AKS: monitor Kubernetes clusters, analyze logs, troubleshoot applications, configure print agents, manage user roles and deployments, support CI/CD, maintain platform stability, and document processes.
