The Front Desk Executive is responsible for welcoming visitors, managing phone calls, maintaining the reception area, assisting with admissions, and supporting basic administrative tasks in a school environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
1. Welcoming Visitors
The front desk executive greets parents, students, teachers, and visitors politely and creates a positive first impression of the school.
2. Managing the Reception Area
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and a professional atmosphere at the front desk or reception area.
3. Handling Phone Calls
Receive incoming calls, answer inquiries about the school, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff or department.
4. Visitor Registration and Security
Record visitor details in the visitor log book, issue visitor passes, and inform the concerned staff about the visitor.
5. Providing Information
Give correct information about school timings, admissions, events, and policies to parents and visitors.
6. Handling Correspondence
Receive and distribute letters, parcels, emails, and official documents to the correct departments or staff members.
7. Assisting in Admission Inquiries
Guide parents about the admission process, provide application forms, and direct them to the admissions department if needed.
8. Student and Parent Assistance
Help students or parents with general inquiries, directions, or small administrative issues.
9. Maintaining Records
Keep records of visitors, calls, messages, and important communications for school administration.
10. Communication with Staff
Inform teachers or school authorities when parents or visitors arrive and ensure smooth communication.
11. Handling Emergencies
In case of emergencies (medical issues, security concerns), inform school authorities immediately and follow school protocols.
12. Supporting Administrative Work
Assist the school office with basic administrative tasks such as filing documents, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports.
