Responsibilities
- Work closely with Founders on special projects - strategize, execute and run it to success and then think on scaling it.
- Discovering and implementing new ideas and techniques to solve issues that come up and handling any hiccups that come along the way.
- Working on the management of tasks of the firm from conception to delivery
- Design & support founders internal & external communications, coordinating the company-wide goals process, supporting PR and external reach-outs, etc.
- Collaborate ideas with the team and the CEO
Requirements
- Preferably someone who has been an entrepreneur/founder's office role before in a start-up
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in co-planning and executing growth strategies.
- Top tier educational institutes or consulting backgrounds only (IITs or IIMs)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Work independently under minimal direction with a strong work ethic
- Good at executing ideas as well as coming up with them, and someone who thrives in and builds through chaos, action and a fast-paced start-up vibe. Someone who wants to build something at scale.
