About the RoleFinnovate is looking for a dynamic and client-focused Junior Wealth Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding financial goals, and providing customized wealth management solutions. This role requires strong financial advisory skills, market awareness, and the ability to guide clients toward long-term financial success.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their financial goals and investment needs.
- Provide personalized financial planning and wealth management solutions.
- Advise clients on investment strategies, portfolio management, insurance, and financial security planning.
- Analyze financial data and client portfolios to provide strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated with market trends, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
- Monitor and review client portfolios regularly to optimize financial outcomes.
- Represent Finnovate in client meetings, conferences, and industry events to promote financial literacy and brand visibility.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and relationship management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
- CFP Certification preferred.
- Mandatory qualification: NISM XA – XB certification.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, investment products, and wealth management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping clients achieve financial success.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related roles.
- Monday to Saturday
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
- 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
OR - 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
