Job Description:
The Suspense Admin will be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly tasks to be performed within the agreed deadlines. The position
requires thorough understanding of Suspense process and to co-ordinate with various counter parts to complete all the tasks which
are within scope of Pune team. Responsible for validating the adjustments in the QWS system and providing inputs to improve overall
process deliverables.
Knowledge
• Knowledge of how billing cycle in logistics work
• Knowledge of MS Office.
