ABOUT THE COMPANY
Who we are At The Whole Truth, our mission is to ‘re-build the world’s trust in its food’. - Keeping candidates in the loop like you'd want to be kept in the loop (ghosting is not our vibe).
- Tracking your numbers time-to-fill, source quality, offer acceptance and knowing what they mean, not just reporting them.
- Being the first impression of TWT for every candidate make it count.
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience (in-house or agency); [industry-specific experience, if relevant, e.g., FMCG/D2C/startup].
