We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to Provide support with research, capture, and analyze sales data and market insights to generate reports and recommendations for strategic and operational business development and risk mitigation decision making to carry out informed and data driven negotiations with customers whilst driving the Digital and Product TA / Offense strategies to support frontend business organizational demands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Gather insights by obtaining Market Research to in identifying opportunities by understand the business landscape for ventures, new strategic locations, customer insights, Competitor Analysis and propose business models and carry out the preliminary groundwork with proposed recommendations via Cost benefit analysis and support leadership decision making.
Hoshin, Annual Budget Preparation of Sales, OH, CAPEX budgets and budgetary controls for Business creation including Development - C & S, E-Knit and BRA, Operations, Sourcing & Supply Chain and Material development and set monthly follow up and monitoring controls to highlight deviations and support to realign pillar leads to improve overall performance of the division.
Drive special projects as and when the need arises and follow up on the timely and accurate enactment of same by liaising with relevant internal business teams in order to obtain necessary information and resources thereby, ensuring its accurate completion in order to facilitate business development
Maintain close collaboration with internal / external stakeholders such as Customer, Finance, Cross functional teams and provide the required information / reports for management decision making on Monthly financials and other details to secure, enhance pre order profitability in the business on costed data, pre order (VBP/SAP) to improve style/ program level profitability at execution.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- An academic/ professional qualification in Finance or Business Management
- 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and office tool applications
- An understanding of the business and key customers (Advantageous)
- Excellent report writing skills
- Sound analytical skills
