Job Title: Executive Engineer
Location: Mahape MIDC, Navi Mumbai
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000
Experience: 4 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical); a Master’s degree or MBA (Operation) is a plus.

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Executive Engineer to lead critical engineering initiatives within our organization. This role is pivotal in driving innovation, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Managing Director/CEO to develop and execute engineering strategies aligned with organizational goals and growth plans.
  • Lead end-to-end management of engineering projects—from initial concept through design, implementation, and final delivery—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide regular, concise updates to executive leadership on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team; foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with product development, operations, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between engineering and executive leadership, translating complex technical insights into actionable business strategies.
  • Support budget preparation and financial forecasting for engineering initiatives; monitor spending and implement cost-effective solutions to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure full compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols; proactively identify and mitigate project-related risks.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports to the Managing Director/CEO and Board of Directors, highlighting the strategic value and performance impact of engineering projects.


Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical); Master’s degree or MBA in Operations is a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in engineering roles, with demonstrated leadership and project management responsibilities.
  • Solid understanding of engineering principles, design methodologies, and project lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard engineering software and tools relevant to mechanical systems and project execution.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to effectively engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving aptitude and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
