- Good Workday HCM knowledge and work experience, hands on configuration experience in the following Workday taxonomies: Compensation
- Strong Workday reporting knowledge, hands on experience creating complex reports, calculated fields, report transformations
- Agile work experience is preferred
- Able to work as a team player with Customer facing skills
- Adheres process and guidelines
- Workday certification is preferred
