Partner with the best

Represents multiple business groups (cross product/business/P&L) to named account(s), worldwide, or on a region/ country basis.

As the Enterprise Account Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and driving strategies that position Industrial Solutions as the provider of choice or partner to achieve value as defined in partnership with Industrial Solutions and the end user
  • Building the Enterprise Vision with the key accounts to support the sales team to meet regional goals.
  • Developing strong C-Suite and open doors to the CXO economic decision makers
  • Creating Enterprise level agreements, ensuring partnership with global and regional functions to drive customer outcomes.
  • Partnering with the account managers to influence all suppliers including, but not limited to EPCs, MACs, and OEMs through early engagement with project teams for the sale of products, services, and total system solutions.
  • Providing coaching and technical support to the Region Managers and Sales Managers
  • Providing guidance and support throughout selling process to Sales and Commercial Operations from prospecting to closure
  • Coordinating with sales force to make customer calls and presentations and participate in bid meetings with the customer as necessary.

 To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum 12 years of professional experience.
  • Possess significant years of experience in Enterprise Sales.
  • Have the ability to work across many different functions including regional, technical, legal, commercial, procurement.
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills as well as possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Have the ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs. Established project management skills.
  • Have the ability to grow accounts.
  • Be available to travel up to 25% of your time.
