The Engineering Specialist is responsible for frontend application development and backend integration, focusing on building scalable web applications, collaborating with teams, and adhering to architecture standards.

Provides advanced geophysics and seismic interpretation expertise for oil and gas and energy-transition subsurface studies. Leads technical analyses, static modeling, inversion, reserves and resource assessments, and unconventional resources or CCS projects. Drive cross-module integration (SD-MM-FICO), ensure compliance, promote SAP best practices, engage stakeholders for process optimization, and support multi-region rollouts and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, estimating work, contributing to architecture and technical design, mentoring developers, delivering features through Agile processes, and maintaining quality through testing, automation, and best practices. The role requires full-stack development experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Angular, cloud platforms, microservices, databases, messaging protocols, and scalable application architecture.

Lead implementation and operations of enterprise observability and AIOps platforms (Elastic stack preferred). Onboard infrastructure, cloud, and applications; build dashboards, alerts, ingestion pipelines; support incident investigation, automation, IaC, upgrades, and runbook documentation to improve reliability and operational readiness.

Lead sales operations and commercial growth for India/APAC: territory optimization, Salesforce CRM governance, pipeline generation, complex opportunity management, strategic account ownership, and cross-functional commercial execution to meet revenue targets.
