  • Develop and maintain automated test programs for validating VAVE modifications efficiently.
  • Formulate test plans, stress conditions, and procedures for evaluating new components or design changes introduced through VAVE.
  • Collaborate with design, procurement, reliability, and compliance teams to verify cost-optimized solutions without affecting performance.
  • Ensure all VAVE changes comply with UL, CE, and other international safety and certification standards.
  • Prepare detailed test reports, risk analysis, and recommendations for each VAVE implementation.
  • Participate in root cause analysis for failures during VAVE validation and provide corrective action inputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance cost competitiveness while maintaining high reliability and safety standards.

Job Specifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Hands-on experience in automation testing tools and programming for test systems.
  • Strong understanding of analog and digital circuits, power conversion principles, and common topologies.
  • Knowledge of safety certification processes (UL, CE) preferred.
  • Familiarity with VAVE methodology, cost optimization principles, and supplier component qualification.
  • Proactive, analytical, and result-oriented, with the ability to think critically and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal in English).

Key Skills:

  • VAVE (Value Analysis & Value Engineering) implementation and testing
  • Power electronics testing (AC/DC rectifier, DC/DC converters, UPS)
  • Automation testing and scripting
