As an Engineering Support Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be a key contributor to our engineering team, providing technical expertise and support to drive the success of our testing activities.
In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering support operations. You will be the go-to technical expert, providing guidance and support to resolve complex customer issues and ensure the delivery of high-quality support services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and quality assurance, to drive improvements in our support processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities1.Receives training/orientation to provide experience and familiarization with a broad range of processes and procedures
2. Quick onboarding with the help of training/orientation
3. Sound understanding of SAP, MA, processes, procedures with respect to Eqp & Eng project support
4 .Support Equipment and Engineering Project Managers/Teams for Material Analysts tasks across smaller product lines
5. Execute Purchase Requisition and Goods Receipt input
6. Process Freight Log and Storage Invoices
7. Meeting TAT in terms of deliverables
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering support or related roles
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience with test methodologies and tools
