Project Management (PM) comprises project management for execution of cross-functional / geographical projects and programs from initiation to completion. Covers determination of project / program goals and support of business objectives and strategies. Ensures projects / programs achieve their targets, keep their schedule, and maintain estimated cost, time, and quality within planned scope. Covers management of risks that affect the delivery of project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through closure
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and forecasts
  • Manage scope, risks, issues, and dependencies using Nokia PM standards
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, vendors, and business stakeholders
  • Track and report project progress, KPIs, and financials
  • Ensure compliance with Nokia governance, quality, security, and risk requirements
  • Manage third-party vendors and partners
  • Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned
     
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of project management experience
  • Proven delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder projects
  • Expereince with Project planning and execution, Risk and issue management, Ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies

Nice-To-Have:

  • PMP or Agile certification
  • Experience in IT, cloud, infrastructure, or network programs
  • Global project experience
