Represent Gracenote’s entire suite of product offerings to customers and prospects in assigned

territory. Must have a comprehensive understanding of content (TV and Movie) production and

distribution and the ability to connect that understanding with Gracenote's business, products and

services. Formulating winning value propositions coupled with the ability to understand and discuss a

wide range of business strategies is required, as is having credible and persuasive engagement at a client organization. 

This role will be in charge of Gracenote’s payment portal and helping drive traffic to it by planning and executing campaigns, cadences and overtime move our client base to portal creating a low touch strategy for our long tail clients. Role will carry a new business sales goal through online and offline channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement tactics such as promotional offers, discounts, and partnerships to attract new customers.
  • Analyze website performance metrics such as conversion rates and traffic to identify opportunities for improving online performance.
  • Implement A/B testing, optimization techniques, and user experience enhancements to increase sales and revenue.
  • Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant content for target audiences.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive.
  • Work closely multiple cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Qualify leads and execute discovery calls for inbound leads generated.
  • Identify new whitespace opportunities along with Sales team to market Gracenote to other verticals like Travel & Hospitality.
  • This role would spend 60% efforts on Performance Marketing Activities and 40% in Inside Sales/Sales Operations.

Educational requirement:

  • Bachelors degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field

Experience requirement:

  • Minimum 3-5 years in performance marketing.
  • Experience of working on tools like Google AdWords, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions, ABM Platforms (Demandbase, 6Sense) etc.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably in the Pay TV/Broadcasting, Content/Advertising or entertainment industry.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and connected systems (Shopify, Zuora, SAP, Salesforce)
  • Passion for technology, digital innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience of lead qualification, discovery, and assignment to sales team.
