Job DescriptionRole Overview
As E-commerce Performance Marketing Manager within our eCommerce team, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing Lead and play a critical role in driving our eCommerce business by leveraging media touchpoints across on-platform Search & Display Media, along with off-platform Media campaigns. You will collaborate with internal brand teams, performance marketing agency, platform partners and multiple departments to create and execute impactful media strategies, not only on our DRL personal care portfolio, but also on our DRLxNestle Health Sciences JV portfolio.
Media Strategy. Budgeting & Planning:
- Working close with the Performance Marketing Lead to develop the Brand x Platform media strategy, to deliver the expected business outcomes
- Recommend optimal media budgets brand-wise and platform-wise basis business & media performance analyses
- Maintain & update brand-wise platform-wise media budgets at monthly, quarterly and annual levels
- Manage all media estimates, POs and ROs end-to-end being the liaison between agency, platforms and internal stakeholders
Search Campaigns Planning, Execution & Reporting:
- Share monthly/quarterly planned budgets with the Performance Marketing agency
- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing agency to ensure timely execution of Search campaigns across Self-serve platforms
- Conduct keyword research using available tools and make recommendations for campaign optimizations accordingly
- Maintain daily/weekly/monthly Search performance reports of Managed platforms
- Analyze reports to identify what’s working and what’s not working; make recommendations for A/B testing of keywords/campaigns/creatives/copies, etc.
Display Campaigns Planning, Execution & Reporting:
- Share monthly/quarterly planned budgets and co-ordinate with platform POCs on planning and execution of monthly plans
- Brief respective brand teams and ensure delivery of platform-wise creatives as per plans
- Share creatives and other media inputs in a timely manner with platform POCs for execution; maintain creative repository
- Ensure the on-platform visibility plans are getting executed as per plan with the creatives as planned
- Maintain monthly performance reports at platform x campaign x creative level
- Analyze reports to identify what’s working and what’s not working; make recommendations for A/B testing of campaigns/creatives, etc.
Qualifications
Profile Must Haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce merchandising and digital marketing.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
