E-Commerce Growth Associate

• Identify and share customer strategies with relevant internal stakeholders to ensure product development is aligned to changing customer needs.
• Plan, organize and build the sales pipeline and support team competencies necessary to sell, develop, and deliver full solution offerings.
• Negotiate with customer and stakeholders to ensure completion of a final contract.
• Provides local industry information and analysis to senior management.
• Maintain market awareness regarding market developments, supply/demand, pricing, competition etc.
• Develop recommendations for attractiveness of investments, proposals for negotiation processes and recommendations on business plan and budget.
• Develop short-, medium- and long-term product strategies by linking the market and the business plan.
• Uses scale economic tools and data to decrease cost basis with the procurement team.
• Collaborates with stakeholders in the organization to deliver the product P&L performance.
• Drives key initiatives in the product development.
• Industry experience of 2-3 years from international courier parcels or domestic courier parcels
