We are looking for an experienced .NET Developer with strong technical expertise and a proven ability to lead end-to-end software development and product delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end software development and product delivery within established project timelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into effective system architecture and technical designs.
- Review solution designs and technical strategies with engineering leadership, recommending improvements, innovations, and architectural enhancements.
- Provide technical guidance to developers and IT teams on project execution, coding standards, design principles, and software development best practices.
- Work with business analysts and project managers to define project scope, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project progress, communicate status updates, and proactively escalate risks or delivery challenges to relevant stakeholders and leadership.
- Serve as the development team's technical point of contact during client meetings, product implementations, and solution discussions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise applications using .NET and C#.
- Build and support reusable application components, frameworks, and design patterns that improve development efficiency and maintainability.
- Evaluate existing applications and system architecture to identify performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and opportunities for modernization.
- Troubleshoot complex application issues, investigate root causes, and implement reliable fixes for product defects.
- Prepare and maintain technical specifications, system configuration documents, architecture notes, and user guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet functional requirements, technical standards, and business expectations.
- Support application releases, ongoing maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the product lifecycle.
