We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.
What does this internship consists in?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (#DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2025, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

The RFE stress team in Getafe is looking for a stress trainee who wants to work in a dynamic, professional and friendly team.

Our main tasks:
Analyze metallic, composite and hybrid structures for static strength according to validated methods. Ensure adherence to airworthiness regulations, relevant design principles, processes, methods and manufacturing capabilities guidelines. Define, interpret and validate tests. Interface and communicate with relevant stakeholders. Provide relevant input to design for the creation of drawings for manufacture and support to other functions (i.e. production, customer support) as needed. Provide stress analysis for the repair/acceptance of damaged structures.
Perform monitoring/guidance/support of Sub-contracting firms providing structure analysis work.
We support production and in service occurrences and airworthiness events.
Analytical methodology and FEM (Hyperworks) and programming tools (Phyton, Jupiter) experience will be very worthy.

As a successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Aeronautical or Industrial Engineering degree or a related discipline
- English: negotiation level
- Spanish: minimum level B1
- General knowledge in structures and structural analyses
- Skills valued: static stress skills (metallic and composite) i.e. analytical methodology, FEM (Hyperworks) and programming tools (Phyton, Jupiter)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team spirit and great collaboration skills
- Ability to work in complex and international environments
