We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Regional Sales Director to lead our Enterprise Acquisition business in India. This leader will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building and scaling a world-class sales organization, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to strengthen Dynatrace’s leadership in the market.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of enterprise sales leadership, the ability to build high-performance teams, and deep expertise in engaging with CXOs, decision-makers, and ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Leadership: Own and exceed regional revenue targets for Enterprise Acquisition accounts, ensuring predictable growth and customer success.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing enterprise sales team focused on new account acquisition and strategic growth.
- Sales Strategy: Define and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to enterprise and GCC customers, leveraging Dynatrace’s platform strengths.
- Customer Engagement: Build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives across customer organizations to influence digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner Ecosystem: Collaborate with global and regional partners (GSIs, cloud hyperscalers, technology alliances) to scale market reach and accelerate pipeline.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer success, pre-sales, product management, and other internal teams to drive alignment and maximize business impact.
- Market Expansion: Identify growth opportunities, competitive threats, and market trends to shape business plans and ensure Dynatrace’s continued leadership.
- Operational Excellence: Drive accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and disciplined sales execution in line with organizational processes.
- 15+ years of enterprise software/SaaS sales experience with at least 5+ years in sales leadership roles.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of enterprise IT landscapes, cloud adoption, and digital transformation.
- Experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams, ideally in complex, solution-oriented sales environments.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in partner engagement and ecosystem-led growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred.
