Join Our Dynamic Global Customer Marketing Team as a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Senior Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and driving our marketing initiatives to new heights. In this role you will report to the Global Head of Customer Marketing.

 

Responsibilities and Key Activities: 

 

This individual will be responsible for both developing our digital marketing approach that supports KONE’s growth agenda and contributing to the improvement of the digital marketing maturity across KONE. This individual will work with the area and country-level marketing teams and other teams across KONE to support digital marketing success. 

 

In addition, to being a global expert on digital marketing, the role will be the connection between the regions, the global team, and other key stakeholders with a focus on APM and Greater China. This role requires the ability to think more broadly to understand the business goals and support the business with deep digital marketing expertise. The individual must have a strong can-do attitude and be a great communicator and collaborator. 

 

Your key responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with countries in Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, and Greater China to develop and execute a digital marketing approach that delivers tangible results. 
  • Work closely with Digital Marketing Hub, a centralized team supporting area and frontline marketing execution. 
  • Coach and support areas on all digital marketing competencies to drive business performance. 
  • Use different digital marketing tactics, activities, tools, and channels to drive global brand strength, sales power, and profitable growth – think Global, act Local. 
  • Use performance data and industry best practice to build global digital marketing programs with a result driven mindset, providing information, analysis, and feedback. 
  • Share actively and proactively learnings, findings, and results. 
  • Connect local initiatives across KONE to scale successes and drive maturity in digital marketing across the organization. 
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies. 
  • Participate as a digital marketing expert in communication, branding and events as needed. 
  • Act as a digital marketing influencer across the organization. 

 

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A proven record of building digital marketing programs and hands on delivery to drive business outcomes.  
  • Creativity and passion for storytelling and brand building. 
  • Experience collaborating with both local and global teams.

  • Ability to influence stakeholders across the organization while implementing change.  
  • Know-how to analyze marketing performance data to optimize outcomes.  
  • Excellent critical thinking skills and an ability to identify solutions to deliver business outcomes.  
  • Excellent analytical, creative, and planning skills to drive on-time delivery. 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. 

 

Requirements for the candidates: 

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
  • Physical location in India preferably either in Chennai or Mumbai.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders. 
  • Direct experience in popular digital marketing and web tools, including Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Advertising, CMS platforms (SDL Tridion), Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).  
  • A history of producing quantifiable results in digital, including but not limited to; demand generation, inbound marketing, digital advertising, social media, Search Engine Marketing (SEO and SEA), WhatsApp marketing, conversion optimization, reporting and analytics.  
  • Demonstrable experience with digital marketing norms and trends in international markets
  • Experience as a project manager in a matrixed, multinational company. 
  • Experience working with designers, developers, and IT. 
  • Experience in UX design and management, creating end-to-end user journeys across websites. 
  • Experience working with Salesforce CRM and the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Passion for staying up to date on digital marketing trends and best practices.  
  • Experience working in a global organization with multiple stakeholders across many markets.  
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working, including planning and cross-functional teams.  
  • A team mentality with the ability to work collaboratively to run things independently and proactively, sometimes in ambiguous situations.
