Business Analyst - Adobe Experience Cloud Solutions _______________________________________ Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to join our digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud, including its various components like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, and Adobe Campaign. This role involves working closely with stakeholders across marketing, IT, and business units to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive the implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud technologies to enhance customer experiences and optimize digital marketing efforts. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into detailed requirements for Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. o Conduct gap analysis between current processes and the desired future state, identifying opportunities for improvement. o Document and present conducted business analyses (incl. data flow analysis, data mappings, etc.) to various stakeholders across the organization
