Hire Digital is looking for a Digital Account Manager to manage client relations, oversee creative projects, and ensure timely project deliverables.
This is a remote position. We welcome candidates from any location. Resumes are to be submitted in English.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategize, manage and ensure the quality of creative, marketing and digital assets to support client's strategies.
- Understand client expectations and determine success metrics for a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
- Proofread and edit assets for errors and inconsistencies to improve readability.
- Establish style guides that specify the requirements and tone to create engaging assets.
- Manage clients & timelines and review submitted works. Ensure that all assets & strategies adhere to the client's standards and are executed in a consistent and professional way.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience with brand and digital campaigns in an in-house role or agency.
- Keen eye for design and strong attention to detail.
- Collaborative skills and ability to drive performance within the team.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure to deliver project deliverables according to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with an ability to define processes and manage deadlines.
