It is an individual contributor role, expected to solve wide ranging business problems Experience 8-10+ years of relevant experience Education Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent educational qualification Responsibilities • Design, build, validate and deploy production grade rule-based & machine learning models using structured and unstructured data• Perform exploratory data analysis, feature engineering• Monitor, evaluate and improve model performance.• Ensure model development follows quality, security , compliance, explainability and responsible use of AI guidelines,• Collaborate with multiple partners from Business, Technology, Operations and D&A capabilities (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data science, DevOps, BI & insights)• Mentor Data Scientists• Independently lead design, solutioning & estimations Technical Skills • Python• Statistics, hypothesis testing, Feature engineering, Modeling• Machine learning frameworks: SCikit-learn, TensorFlow, Pytorch,• Natural language processing (NLP): spacy, Transformers, OCR• Generative AI: Large language Models, prompt engineering• Communication skills, analytical skills, structured problem-solving skills.,• Mentorship experience• Storytelling skills ,Partner & Stakeholder engagement experience Good To have • Azure ML or cloud AI/ML Services• ML Ops• Banking Financial Services and Insurance domain knowledge
