Key responsibilities
1. Data Management & Analysis-
Clean and manage recruiter data, ensuring accuracy and consistency
Collect, analyze, and prepare data for reports and dashboards
2. Website & Data Structure Management
Maintain and manage website hosting, ensuring uptime and performance.
Oversee data security measures to safeguard sensitive company information.
3. API Services and Automation Scripts
Manage and create API calls to various services for CRUD purposes.
Write, update, and maintain scripts to automate company tasks.
4. Research & Communication
Conduct thorough research and collect data based on project and company needs.
Regularly communicate with team members and stakeholders to align on technical and operational objectives.
Use web scraping to gather research data for recruiters.

Requirements
  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc or equivalent)
  • Basic understanding of Database Management Systems (DBMS) and SQL
  • Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and web fundamentals
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets) for data handling
  • Familiarity with data cleaning, analysis, and visualization techniques
  • Exposure to API integration and basic understanding of CRUD operations
  • Ability to write simple automation scripts (preferred in Python or similar tools)
  • Hands-on experience or interest in no-code/low-code tools (e.g., AppSheet)
  • Basic knowledge of web scraping tools/techniques (e.g., Selenium – preferred)
  • Understanding of CMS platforms ( Zoho, etc.) is a plus
