We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst with 3–5 years of experience and a strong foundation in Machine Learning. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights and build predictive models that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance business performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business outcomes
- Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models for prediction, classification, and clustering tasks
- Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high-quality outputs
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
- Design and build dashboards and reports to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Monitor model performance and retrain models as needed to maintain accuracy and relevance
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of business strategies
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and governance across all data sources
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and data analytics techniques
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, with hands-on experience in machine learning
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis, probability, and data modeling techniques
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with data cleaning, transformation, and ETL processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Exposure to deep learning techniques and NLP is a plus
- Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
