Customer Success SpecialistAbout the Role
We're looking for a Customer Success Specialist to support our clients and help them get the most out of our platform. This is a great role for someone early in their Customer Success career who wants to build strong client-handling skills while working closely with senior CSMs and internal teams.
You'll help manage day-to-day client queries, track account health, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
What You'll Do- Support the Customer Success team in managing a portfolio of client accounts
- Respond to client queries quickly and clearly, and coordinate internally to resolve them
- Help track client usage, health, and satisfaction, and flag any early warning signs
- Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and materials for client reviews
- Coordinate with internal teams (product, support, delivery) to make sure client needs are addressed on time
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM/Customer Success tools
- Support onboarding of new clients, helping them get set up and comfortable with the platform
- Ownership mindset — takes responsibility for tasks and follows through without being chased
- Good communicator — clear and confident, whether talking to clients or coordinating internally
- Quick, adaptive learner — picks up new tools and processes fast
- Ready-to-go attitude — proactive, doesn't wait around for instructions
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, Support, or a similar client-facing role
