Job Description: 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Map customer business objectives to Microsoft’s consumption milestones, establishing clear success plans and governance frameworks.
  • Monitor, analyze, and maximize active usage of Azure Data & AI workloads, systematically unblocking technical or operational barriers to consumption.
  • Identify white-space opportunities within existing customer environments to position advanced Microsoft Fabric capacities, premium Copilot integrations, and advanced Azure AI services.
  • Proactively track customer health metrics, conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and execute strategies for at-risk deployments.
  • Help partners and enterprise clients quantify and showcase the return on investment (ROI) achieved through their implemented AI and data modernization workloads.
  • Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to ensure high renewal rates while building predictable pipelines for portfolio expansion.

Core Focus:

  • Deep understanding of capacity optimization, workload monitoring, and consumption metrics specific to Microsoft Fabric (OneLake, Lakehouse, Power BI capacities).
  • Familiarity with user adoption tracking, consumption patterns, and extension scenarios for Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI workloads.
  • Expertise in Azure cost management, resource utilization analytics, and optimizing cloud spend to drive healthy, scalable platform growth.
