We are looking for a Customer
Success Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will serve as the heartbeat of our customer
operations, keeping our data pristine, our dashboards current, and facilitate
synchronization between internal stakeholders and customer team.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Customer Touchpoints: Conduct regular check-ins with customers,
diagnose their technical roadblocks, and brief internal support teams for
fast resolution.
- Dashboard & Tracker Ownership: Build and maintain customer-specific
project trackers and dashboards to drive accountability and transparency
across all assigned accounts.
- CRM Hygiene & Management: Execute continuous data hygiene within
the CRM platform to ensure all records reflect current account statuses.
- Interaction Logging: Record precise notes, feedback, and action items
against customer profiles immediately following meetings.
- Channel Maintenance: Keep reliable, open channels of communication
active between the company and our client base.
Requirements
Skills and
Experience you require:
- 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with experience or comfort using CRM tools
and tracking dashboards.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and a strong
customer-first attitude are encouraged to apply.
Nice-to-have Skills:
- To
track operational metrics (utilization, adoption, satisfaction score,
etc.)- Data Literacy
- Familiarity
with building or updating reporting layouts and dashboards to present
these metrics and list down account health
- Guide
a customer through structured onboarding presentation and familiarize them
with key stakeholders for their account.
