Provides L2 technical support for Sectona security and privileged access management solutions. Responsibilities include customer troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, issue resolution, product integration, deployment and maintenance guidance, escalation management, and documenting product bugs with Engineering. The role requires expertise in Microsoft infrastructure, security controls, identity lifecycle management, and role-based access, along with strong customer communication and independent problem-solving skills.

Lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure and operations including servers, networking, endpoint and identity management, cybersecurity controls, monitoring, backups and DR. Oversee service desk, incident response, vendor relationships, audits and compliance (ISO27001/SOC2), project execution, documentation, and team development to ensure secure, available, and compliant IT services.

Serve as primary customer operations contact: conduct regular check-ins, diagnose technical roadblocks, maintain CRM hygiene, build and update customer trackers and dashboards, log interactions, and coordinate internal teams to resolve issues and drive account transparency.
