The Domain Technical Project Manager is responsible for planning, designing, executing, tracking and reporting E2E testing deliveries. This role is also responsible to define and implement the automation strategy, frameworks, and cloud-based test infrastructure across customer deliveries. The role requires strong expertise in automation development (Python, Robot Framework), cloud-native environments, and CI/CD ecosystems. The architect will drive scalable, maintainable automation solutions, enable continuous testing, and mentor teams to strengthen automation maturity.
 

Responsibilities

Define and evolve automation architecture covering functional, integration, E2E, performance, and security testing.

Establish automation standards, best practices, and governance for consistent adoption in project/program

Ability to convert complex project timelines into achievable deliverables. Execute deliveries within planned/agreed cost, schedule and quality.

Drive and Deliver projects with a "100% automation" mindset. Always look for ways to solve customer problems through automation.

Develop automated performance and basic security validation capabilities.

Collaborate with performance ,DevSecOps, Product development, market and customer teams

Mentor engineers on Python, Robot Framework, identifying customer problems and solve using innovative AI solution.

Qualifications

10+ years in telecom project management, pre-sales or delivery roles with 4+ years in a customer facing role.

Exceptional communication & problem-solving skills in a services environment.

People management skills with the ability to identify skillset gap and identify trainings.

Telecom domain exposure (PaCo, 4G/5G, network protocols).

It would be nice if you also had:

Experience with network simulators (Spirent, etc.).

AI knowhow in solving complex telecom customer problems.
