Automates reporting using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and macros. Monitors productivity, targets, service levels, and data quality while identifying trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities. Coordinates with sales, operations, finance, and management to deliver timely insights.
1. Data Collection and Management
- Gather data from multiple sources such as SFDC CRM systems, databases, Excel files, and business applications.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data.
- Maintain and update master databases regularly.
2. Report Generation
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports.
- Create management dashboards and performance trackers.
- Generate reports on sales, operations, productivity, customer service, and financial performance.
3. Data Analysis
- Analyze business trends and performance metrics.
- Identify gaps, exceptions, and improvement opportunities.
- Provide insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
4. Dashboard and Automation
- Develop automated reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools.
- Reduce manual reporting through automation and macros.
- Maintain KPI dashboards for leadership review.
5. Performance Monitoring
- Track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor productivity, target achievement, and SLA adherence.
- Highlight deviations from targets and recommend corrective actions.
6. Data Quality and Governance
- Validate data before report submission.
- Ensure compliance with organizational data standards.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies.
7. Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with business teams, operations, finance, sales, and management.
- Understand reporting requirements and deliver timely information.
