Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that the applications meet the needs of stakeholders. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results. Your role will require you to stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall effectiveness of the applications you work on.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and best practices.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms.
- Proficient in data modeling and management within Salesforce.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
