Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous refinement of software components to meet evolving requirements are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and team productivity.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Experience in developing and optimizing custom code for SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of SAP modules integration and data modeling techniques.
- Ability to work with agile development methodologies and modern software frameworks.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and debugging in SAP ABAP systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our M2B - STPI office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
