Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they perform efficiently and scale effectively. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices for software development within the team.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design and deployment using AWS services.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools to streamline deployments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud-based applications and services.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
