Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves engaging deeply with various aspects of application development tailored to client needs. This includes analyzing requirements, designing solutions, writing and testing code for multiple components, and ensuring the software meets quality standards. The role also involves maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with team members to deliver effective and reliable software solutions that support client objectives and business goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues to maintain system stability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ability to work with complex software architectures and integrate multiple system components.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and performance optimization techniques.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
