Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support clients and projects effectively, ensuring that the software solutions meet the required specifications and quality standards. You will collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and contribute to the overall success of the software development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong understanding of system integration and configuration management.
- Familiarity with programming languages relevant to the platform.
- Ability to analyze and optimize software performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform DELMIA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
