Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project lifecycle, coordinating with various stakeholders, and ensuring that the applications meet the required specifications. The position demands proactive communication and collaboration across teams to drive the project forward and address any challenges that arise during the development process. The engineer acts as the central figure in managing the technical aspects and aligning the solution with business needs, ensuring smooth delivery and integration.

- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have Influencing and Advisory skills.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong expertise in data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical specifications within the SAP MDG framework.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to master data quality and governance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
