As a Curriculum Developer, you will research, design, and continuously improve project-based, inquiry-driven curriculum that is engaging, rigorous, and relevant. Working closely with educators, researchers, and classroom practitioners, you will create learning experiences that are tested in real classrooms and refined for scale.
Role -
Design and develop project-based, inquiry-driven curriculum aligned with schools educational philosophy.
Create engaging lesson plans, projects, assessments, teacher guides, and student learning resources.
Research world-class curricula, educational frameworks, and emerging best practices to strengthen curriculum design.
Develop learning experiences that build critical thinking, creativity, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Ensure strong alignment between curriculum, pedagogy, learning outcomes, and assessments.
Collaborate with teachers, researchers, subject experts, and instructional designers to continuously improve curriculum quality.
Pilot curriculum in classrooms, gather feedback from educators and students, and iterate based on evidence.
Integrate technology and AI-enabled tools where appropriate to enhance teaching and learning.
Contribute to curriculum documentation, quality assurance, and continuous innovation across programmes.
Qualification and Experience -
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, educational content creation, or K–12 teaching.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject area (Computer Science, Business & Economics, Arts &
Design, English, Social Studies, Science, Mathematics, etc.).
Curriculum Expertise: Understanding of inquiry-based learning, project-based learning, competency-based education, and
assessment design.
Research Skills: Ability to analyze global curricula, educational research, and best practices to create meaningful learning
experiences.
Skills: Strong academic writing, content development, instructional design, research, collaboration, and attention to detail.
Mindset: Curious, creative, reflective, open to feedback, and passionate about transforming education.
