We are looking for an experienced CS Core Engineer to join our Circle Operations team. What you will bring
- Strong expertise in CS Core network technologies and subscriber management platforms.
- Hands-on experience with HSS, HLR, STP, DRA, MGCF, MSS, GMSC, UDM, and SCP.
- Good understanding of Authentication, Roaming, VoLTE, HSS, DRA, and UDM functionalities.
- Experience in troubleshooting network and service-level issues, OEM coordination, and operational incident management.
- Exposure to multi-vendor telecom environments, preferably Nokia, Oracle, Huawei, and Ericsson.
You will have
- 8-14 years of experience in Telecom Core Network Operations, with a focus on CS Core and Subscriber Data Management domains.
- Experience in network monitoring, KPI analysis, traffic management, and operational support.
- Knowledge of incident, ticket, and work order management processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment with flexibility to support 24x7 operations.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
