Location: Mazgaon Mumbai, Maharashtra
Salary: ₹3 – ₹5 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
Experience: 2–3 Years (Real Estate preferred) / Freshers may also apply
Qualification: Degree / Diploma / Certification in Marketing / Business Administration / CRM
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Interview Mode: Face-to-Face
Joining: Immediate
Candidate Preference: Local candidates preferred

Role Summary

A growing Real Estate Consulting firm in Mumbai is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM / Lead Management Executive to manage incoming leads, maintain CRM data, and support the sales team in converting prospects into clients.

The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple leads while ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and track incoming leads from multiple channels
  • Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
  • Assign leads to sales team and monitor follow-up activities
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with prospective clients
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports
  • Monitor lead status and ensure proper closure tracking
  • Maintain accurate documentation and customer database
  • Improve lead conversion efficiency through proper follow-ups
  • Support sales team in achieving targets through effective lead management

Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree / Diploma / Certification in Marketing / Business Administration / CRM
  • 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate CRM / Lead Management preferred
  • Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills can also apply
  • Good knowledge of CRM tools and lead management systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and basic reporting
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
