Estate Consulting firm in Mumbai is looking for a detail-oriented and
proactive CRM / Lead Management Executive to manage incoming leads, maintain CRM data, and support the sales team in
converting prospects into clients.
The ideal candidate should possess strong
organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple
leads while ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.
- Manage and track
incoming leads from multiple channels
- Maintain and update
customer data in CRM systems
- Assign leads to
sales team and monitor follow-up activities
- Ensure timely
follow-ups with prospective clients
- Coordinate with
sales and marketing teams for lead conversion
- Prepare daily,
weekly, and monthly lead reports
- Monitor lead status
and ensure proper closure tracking
- Maintain accurate
documentation and customer database
- Improve lead
conversion efficiency through proper follow-ups
- Support sales team in
achieving targets through effective lead management
- Degree / Diploma /
Certification in Marketing / Business Administration / CRM
- 2–3 years of
experience in Real Estate CRM / Lead Management preferred
- Freshers with strong
communication and organizational skills can also apply
- Good knowledge of CRM
tools and lead management systems
- Strong communication
and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS
Excel, MS Office, and basic reporting
- Detail-oriented with
strong organizational abilities
- Strong follow-up and
coordination skills
- Ability to manage
multiple leads simultaneously
- Good communication
and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and
proactive approach
- Ability to work in a
fast-paced environment
