Job Summary:
We are looking for a senior, AI-first creative designer who can go far beyond routine social media
posts, banners and presentations. The ideal candidate should combine strong design
fundamentals with Generative AI, video, motion graphics and animation to create innovative,
high-impact content that drives attention, impressions, engagement, shares and clicks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality digital, social, campaign and brand creatives.
- Develop Reels, short-form videos, motion graphics and animations.
- Use Generative AI extensively for images, videos, concepts and creative experimentation.
- Convert marketing briefs into strong visual concepts, not just layouts.
- Create content for B2B campaigns, product launches, partnerships, events and performance marketing.
- Experiment continuously with new AI tools, formats and visual styles.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining speed and quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 7+ years of professional design experience.
- Strong portfolio across brand, digital, social and video content.
- Excellent command of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and/or Figma.
- Strong hands-on experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Sora, Veo, Firefly, ChatGPT and similar platforms.
- Strong experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation and Reels.
- Experience creating content for B2B, SaaS, technology, travel or digital-first brands preferred.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition and visual storytelling.
