Draft and review complex contracts, including IT and outsourcing agreements/vendor/service provider. Provide legal advice on general corporate compliance.
Responsibilities- Develop, review, and negotiate complex contracts, including IT, outsourcing, vendor, and service provider agreements.
- Draft and maintain standardized loan documentation formats, such as loan agreements, escrow agreements, mortgages, and security creation documents.
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate legal risks inherent in bank operations, policies, and products.
- Provide strategic legal advice to the Head of Legal on legal and regulatory matters.
- Research and develop solutions to complex legal issues affecting the bank.
- Implement a centralized contract monitoring system to ensure compliance and identify potential issues.
- Oversee the management of legal cases against the bank, including case monitoring, strategy development, and coordination with external counsel. Align the bank's legal procedures with industry standards and benchmarks.
