About the Team:

The resource is will be part of the EIM Group and responsible to send Incident Notifications to the stakeholders

What you will be doing: 

  • Internal and External Communication: The Communications Manager is responsible for crafting and disseminating clear, accurate, and timely updates about the incident to both internal stakeholders and external 
  • Status Updates: They regularly update the status page or any other communication channels used to inform stakeholders about the incident's progress and resolution
  • Documentation: They document all communication efforts and feedback received during the incident. This documentation is vital for post-incident analysis and improving future incident response strategies
  • Send Incident notifications on major incidents to stakeholders. Capture business impact, recovery actions and notify internal and external stakeholders

What you bring:

  • 6 to 12 yrs of considerable knowledge of incident management principles, procedures and techniques
  • Skills will be Incident Management, Incident Management Communication, Executive Communication experience 
  • Should have experience inITIL/ Service now
  • Ability to apply analysis and creative thinking when solving problems and conflict. Ability to provide acute attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization
  • Demonstrated skill in timely, proactive, responsive follow-through on deliverables. Ability to organize tasks and priorities effectively and under minimal supervision
