Sourcing – Advisor I

What does a successful Sourcing Manager do at Fiserv?

The Sourcing Manager will be responsible for negotiation of pricing and terms and conditions and roll out of the RFP bidding process via requests for quotes or RFI/RFQ across the APAC region.

What you will do: • Negotiation of pricing and terms and conditions for IT hardware, software, telecommunications, and related services • Understand business requirements and create a RFP for sourcing activities • Negotiate with vendors to drive the best possible savings and commercial T&Cs • Review the contract and provide commercial inputs and negotiate the contract terms with suppliers • Prepare deal summary for commercial approval and route for contract approval in Ariba. • Contract management in Ariba by creating Contract Workplace with deal summary • Manage master file and track SOW/CR/CW related items for reporting purposes • Work with VBL and legal closely on renewal of expiring contracts and contractors hiring/renewal. • Follow up on Ariba approval status by reviewing approval dashboard. • Weekly vendor calls to share current statuses of contracts and follow up on pending items/actionable items • Provide trainings to new joiners on Global Strategic Sourcing policy and process, new vendor on boarding, contractor on boarding process. • Generate Pipeline report (WS, CW report) from Ariba • Work with various stakeholders like internal customer, vendor, support staff such as legal department, finance, asset management, compliance. • Review spend analysis report and identify future opportunities to create project pipeline. • Create projects and manage 12 months rolling pipeline in Ariba

What you will need to have: • An experienced sourcing, procurement professional with 6 - 12 years’ experience • Regional experience to deal with different countries • Strong negotiation skill with suppliers with proven record of successful deals • Able to do multi- tasking with setting the priorities • Keeping the timeline with sense of urgency • Understand the business requirements by asking right questions • Strong data analytic skills • Well organized to manage the large number of documents and concurrent tasks • Task oriented to complete projects in a timely manner • Good communicator to work with various stakeholders from different functions and countries in APAC

What would be great to have: • Familiar with SAP Ariba Procurement software is highly preferred
