ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Transformation Manager to support a large-scale commercial transformation initiative across the AMEA region.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Map, document and analyze end-to-end commercial processes across markets
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, standardization and optimization
• Translate transformation objectives into actionable implementation plans
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Change Management and Business Unit teams
• Engage with Sales, Branch and Head Office stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption
• Track milestones, prepare governance reports and resolve implementation issues
• Support seamless execution of SAP S/4HANA and o9 transformation programs
• Develop executive presentations, dashboards, trackers and business reports
