The Role and Responsibilities

Job Purpose

  • The Commercial Administrator is primarily responsible for supporting Invoicing Coordinators by providing assistance for invoice billing and time writing functions
  • The Administrator may be called upon to undertake other duties at the request of their manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the orderly compiling of invoice back up
  • Inputting onshore and offshore timesheets into time writing system
  • Ensure timesheet trackers are updated and outstanding timesheets expedited in a timely manner
  • Assist with the creation and updating of billing schedules incorporating all charges in preparation for submission of invoices
  • Provide support to Invoicing coordinators with regards to the month end billing

The Requirements

Qualifications

Essential

  • Any Bachelors Degree Holder or Undergraduate

Preferred

  • Should have worked in a Data input/entry environment
  • Should have decent typing speed
  • Should have handled administrative or back office work

Experience, Competence, Skills & Knowledge

Essential

  • Candidates shall have good communication skills and have self-confidence
  • Understanding of computer operating software.
  • Able to adopt the concept of continuous improvement
  • Ability to learn and follow processes, procedures and company specific systems

Preferred

  • Competent computer skills (Microsoft outlook, Excel, Adobe PDF & Navision)
